NO. We do not charge any fees for sign up/creating a profile. If you wish to get the full benefit of using the site we have paid membership which gives you access to the site features including, sending and receiving unlimited messages, Sophisticated Advanced Search, Receive hand-picked matches from our matchmakers, and heaps of other features

  • Login with your username and password
  • Click on Profile edit

I can’t sign in lost my password?

No problem, Click on “Forgot Password” that can be found on your sign in page or you can type www.hayaamatrimony.com/forgot-password on your browser and then enter the email you used to register with us, we will send you a reset code please check your email and follow the instructions.

How do I add a photo to my profile?

  • Login with your user name and password
  • Click on Profile edit
  • On the profile edit page scroll down to the bottom “User photo” section and click on the choose a file
  • Choose the picture you want to upload
  • Choose an area of your picture for cropping
  • If satisfied with the result click the "Apply Crop" button
  • Click save

How do I delete a photo from my profile?

  • Login with your user name and password
  • Click on Profile edit
  • On the profile edit page scroll down to the bottom “User photo” section and click on the choose a file
  • Click on the small “x” bottom

Photos

All photos uploaded to our website should be of current and clear visible. It is advisable to have single person photo and not more than one person or groups and please make sure the photos meet our size requirements.
Note. All photos uploaded to our site will be checked by team members to confirm that the photo you have uploaded meets our requirement

Why was my picture denied/not accepted?

We have a strict rule of “clear view” which means any photos you upload should be clearly viewable without any confusion.

Here is a few list of things but not limited to that can get your photo denied/not accepted by our moderators.
  • Not viewable
  • Blurry
  • More than one person in the photo
  • The person in the photo seems to far away
  • Photos should be of current and clear

If you’re a paying member you can message other users by simply following these steps below.
  • Go to the user’s profile you want to message
  • A chat box will appear
  • Start chatting

If you’re a paying member you can send other users gift by simply following these steps below.
  • Go to the user’s profile you want to send a gift to
  • Click on “Send gift” button
  • Chose the gift you want to send
  • click send

At what age can I sign up?

For you to sign up with Hayaamatrimony you must be over the age of 18

Can family members, relative or friend create a profile?

Yes. Anyone classified as Wali/family members or relatives can sign-up/create a profile on behalf of someone else as long as the that person is aware.
However please note, additional checks maybe required

Can I create Multiple profiles?

No. We do not allow one single user to create multiple profiles

What information I’m not allowed to put in my profile?

Information including your phone number, home details, web links, email addresses, twitter, facebook, HTML code or tags, linkedin or any information that can be traced back to you should not be added on your profile, not only would you be breaching our rules and get yourself suspend without a refund it will also but your own safety at risk.

Will my messages be read by Hayaamatrimony

To provide our a members a safe platform from abusive, racial, discretionary or un-Islamic behaviour we will monitor your messages

My profile states “Pending Approval” what does pending aproval mean?

When a new profile registrations or existing members edit/changes their profile details it will say 'Pending Approval' until the changes has been checked by our customer service team.

Dating

Hayaamatrimony is not a dating site and should not be treated as such, any users found to be treating this site as a dating site will immediately have their account suspended without a refund.

Will we carry out further checks?

Should a member of our team feel further checks are needed we will ask to verify your details. We may ask for documents to prove your ID or we may also ask for proof of any educational achievements you have stated on your profile and this is entirely optional for you to provide however at any point if a member of our team feels you're not genuinely seeking for marriage we will suspend your account without a refund.
We can not grantee all member’s profiles will be checked and we must strongly emphasize that we have no authority and no way of verifying claims that a user has made on his/her profile it is up to you to be caution
